2. Not professional advice.

Content is educational. It is not legal, financial, or tax advice, and no outcome is promised or implied; negotiation results vary by individual circumstances.

3. License.

One license per purchaser. No sharing of accounts, redistribution, resale, or republication of any material.

4. Purchases & billing.

Payments are processed by our merchant of record (e.g., Paddle), which acts as the seller of record for your transaction.

5. Refunds.

6. Intellectual property.

7. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

9. Governing law & venue.

Your purchase itself is a contract with Paddle, which sells this product as merchant of record and applies its own terms to the transaction. These terms govern your use of the course and this site. Nothing here removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of the country you live in, and where that law conflicts with these terms, that law wins.
